Thank you for helping us to identify individuals in need. If you know a family that has suffered a tragedy and is currently struggling we would like to see if there is a way for us to help. Please share their situation and needs below and trust that we will review each application promptly and in confidence.
Please list the following in your message below:
- The best contact information for you or for the family in need
- The family’s name and who is in the household (adults & children)
- The family’s situation (what has happened and how has it impacted them)
- The family’s greatest need (financial support, home goods, food, shelter, activities for the children … please note that we are open to hearing exactly what you think they need and will determine our response appropriately)
- Any specific wishes or requests from the family
- Any deadlines they are up against or dates or timelines that might impact the family
